Upper control Box

The control box houses remote IO for the CNC system. It can also house valves and relays for custom requirements. To convert the manual crane to a CNC crane, simply unplug the manual pendant. Then plug the connector from the control box to the crane.

CRANE ATTACHMENT

Our crane attachment removes the element of wire rope swing and gives the addition of two axis. Encoders are added to the crane so that the system can be NC controlled. Available in 500#, 1,000#, 2,000# and 10,000# part capacity. This system attaches to an existing dual girder crane.

FLEXIBILITY

Our system is capable of being tied into a range of different machines. This includes press brakes, panel benders, shears, material handling systems, and more.

GRIPPER CHANGING

Automatic Gripper Changing provides added flexibility to robotic applications by enabling the robot to change end-effectors automatically. Easily switch between clamping, vacuums, and magnetic grippers. Other devices, like measuring tools can also be attached.

Lower control cabinet

The lower control cabinet houses the HMI and PLC computer. If a camera system is used, remote feeds can be relayed to this cabinet to enable easy operator use.

LOAD / UNLOAD STATIONS

Specific areas can be blocked off to allow the system to load and unload. Stations are fully configurable, depending on which barriers are in place. Both wired and wireless stations are available.

Envoy Software

The Envoy software provides an inclusive 3D visualization of the cell. Users can program interactively within the cell by jogging to specific points live, or create programs offline. I/O’s, variables, and logic are conversational in use and easily selected through the menu system.

Solidworks addin

With the addition of the Envoy addin for SOLIDWORKS, programmers can easily export their design model directly from SOLIDWORKS into the Envoy environment.
